Britain Brunei Business Forum in conjunction with World Mental Health Day 2026As a leader, integrating mental health awareness into workplace culture, such as engaging in conversations on well-being, can help create a psychologically safe environment. It is a strategic business investment, as studies consistently show that employees who experience higher levels of well-being at work are more productive and able to adapt to change. The Minister of Health highlighted the matter in his keynote address at the Britain Brunei Business Forum, BBBF, in conjunction with World Mental Health Day 2026. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar also outlined that leaders who prioritize well-being are better prepared to make good decisions under pressure, lead teams with empathy and transparency, foster innovation and collaboration, and build resilient and high-performing organizations.
