Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of Philippines and Chairman of ASEAN, and spouse, First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos. Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen.

Accompanying His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen. Prior to departure, Doa Selamat was recited by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr.) Ustaz Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

This includes organising a blood donation campaign in conjunction with the Fire and Rescue Department's 66th Anniversary Celebration. 59 pints of blood were collected during the campaign held at the Fire and Rescue Department's Headquarters in Berakas.
